It is not a journal, not a CV builder, and not a social network. It is a structured, private record of career evidence.

- **Structure**: AI-assisted STAR framework parsing (Situation, Task, Action, Result) turns raw notes into structured evidence.
- **Organise**: Tag entries by job, career pillar, and impact category. Track coverage across promotion dimensions.
- **Act**: Export structured evidence for performance reviews, promotion cases, CV bullets, and interview preparation.
